(1.7+ Beta Version) 1983 Sony FM/AM Stereo Cassette-Corder CFS-300 Boombox

Your average-Joe, consumer-grade, not-to-expensive boombox first released in 1983, and most certainly was sold into 1984. No guarantees on after that year though, honestly, it's a lot harder to find info on things like these then you think. Like, cars, you look it up, find year date, boom. Older electronics though? Nadda. Nein. Uh, nope. I mean, at least a lot of TV's had a date stamped on somewhere, but stuff like VCRs, HAHA! Try finding a date on ANY of those! Especially for non-name-brand items. Absolutely impossible. I should stop rambling now.

Oh, and I own this one irl, which means that I was able to get this exactly 1:1 thanks to a 1/2 foot ruler I had lying around (they're so handy). I use it for mostly looking cool and trolling friends (and strangers too!) by walking around playing my Rick Astley cassette tape on it. The reactions are priceless.

Ignore the mess in the pic though, that's intentional.
