Description
GCCM: Unique Faction Capitals has an outdated table campaign_settlement_display_buildings_tables. I have updated it and add the missing column "on sea bmd". I don't know what it is, but its values are all empty in the stock game. So I keep the column empty.

I can't play DE in 3, because every time I see puny Naggarond that looks like a T1 I quit. I cannot unsee the glory that was GCCM.
