The CZ 805 BREN A1 assault rifle, originally named the CZ S805A, is the newest Czech assault rifle and was first seen in public at an exhibition in 2007, although details were not released at the time, it is clear from the image that the design of the gun was influenced by the FN SCAR in many ways. However, there are some similarities to the XM8 and some references to the G36.
