Uncensors the German GFX as accurately as possible

Also uncensors all iron cross flags with swastikas

Now includes plane icons and models as well

Now adds swastikas to portraits

It's because this mod uncensors the plane models, just delete the plane textures for this mod.

It would be better if you returned the original cross on the flag of Muscovy. It uses the cross that was on the patch for russian collaborators (RLPA/RONA) and that was on the flag of the Lokot autonomy, this cross is not used as censorship. Plus the German flag is a little wrong - swastika was smaller and moved a little to the left

Otherwise mod is good
