Make random seed generation no longer dependent on time.

Make random number generators irrelevant to game seed.

Verification code of current game is provided in the map icon tips.

This mod is not dependent on BaseMod or StSLib.

This mod can completely eliminate the correlation between random number generators.

Warning

This mod may make unseeded run unreproducible since truly random is unpredictable.
