Have you ever wanted to play as a more tactical (ish) sounding person?

Well look no further, here is the Civil Authority Voice Set!

The main theme with this voice set is a mix between riot police and civil protection from half life 2, I didn't have much of a general idea for the character besides them being a riot police officer while having the personality of a metrocop, sooo I came up with this mixed idea you see before you!

Basic Lore: The Civil Authority was established in Brooklyn not long before the city became overrun, it was made up of civilians and a few police officers.

They were made to be deployed against any large scale riots in case the army or police became overwhelmed and are unable to contain the situation.

When the city finally spiraled into chaos the C.A's were deployed and mobilized, but their numbers were very few along with some deserting almost instantly, as of now only a handful remain.
