Description
The UAZ 469 was first introduced into Soviet service in 1971 to replace the GAZ-69. It was designed as a light off-road utility vehicle and recieved many modifications over the course of its existence.
Eventually, the 469 was renamed to the UAZ 3151, although it remained visually very similar. The 3151 was first produced in 1985 and served with the Russian military until 2011.
