Weapon Spawners version of Coast-town Combat for RavenM PvP

Make sure to enable the Weapon Spawners mutator and Invisible Capture Points.
Random spawns are optional but suggested

To improve performance with the Weapon Spawners Mutator, set all vehicle config to <none>
