Upgraded Storage Silos

Description
A Mod that adds upgraded versions of the storage Silo that double the capacity addition the the respectively previous building (in the end, with the construction templates tech, it adds 40k storage compared to the 10k in vanilla)

1. the original mod replaces all resource buildings, wich can lead to compat issues and issues with new versions of buildings
2. The buildings now add over twice as much as in the original and respect the tech, that also makes the vanilla silos store more
3. it updates the tech to the new research leader System
4. The buildings do not cost SRs in upkeep, only energy and alloys (I decided to change that, because if you need you probably need it a lot and rare crystal upkeep wouldn't be worth it if you didn't need it a lot, compared to just building 2 more silos)

What's improved relative to the original mod? Do the upgraded Silos cost SRs in Upkeep? Also, I'd really like to see a Storage Planet Designation that boosts Silos by 100%.
