Description

The Sword-class is an Imperial escort vessel primarily armed with laser-based weapons batteries.

First attempt at creating a (mostly) lore accurate Imperial Navy warship from Warhammer 40k. This design combines elements from both the 3D ship model from Battlefleet Gothic: Armada and the original artwork printed in the Battlefleet Gothic Rulebook. Any feedback is appreciated.

The plan was to make a few classes per ship type in the game, working up from smallest to biggest. Next was going to be Starhawk Bombers and then probably the Endeavour Class Light Cruiser. Thinking of lumping the Imperial escorts and light cruisers together into the game's Frigate hull size.
