Better Quirks

Description
Scrounger quirks now give -5% chance to surprise party and +5% chance to surprise monsters.
Hatred quirks had their higher damage and lower stress bonuses decreased from 15% to 10%.
Fear quirks had their higher stress penalties decreased from 15% to 10% for better balance.
Last gasp and Winded quirks now increase/decrease speed by 5 when health is below 25%.
Quickdraw and Slowdraw quirks now provides/subtracts 4 speed and 5 dodge on first round.
On Guard and Off Guard quirks provides/subtracts 4 speed, -3 crit received on first round.
Slow Reflexes quirk now decrease speed by 2 instead of 1 as opposite to Quick Reflexes.
Early riser, Diurnal, Night owl, Nocturnal quirks now increase/decrease your speed by 3.
Warrior of Light, Light Sensitive, Lurker, Night Blindness quirks now modify damage by 15%.
Hard Skinned and Soft quirks gives -10%/+10% damage received instead of protection/health.
Resilient and Ruminator quirks now gives +15%/-15% stress heal received instead of 10%/-10%.
Irrepressible and Mercurial quirks now increase/decrease virtue chance by 10% instead of 5%.
Torn Rotator and Scattering quirks now reduces melee/ranged damage by 10% instead of 5%.
Fast Healer and Spasm of the Entrails quirks by 20% buff/debuff healing received in camp.
Thick Blooded quirk now gives +15% blight resist instead of +10%, the same amount as Clotter.
Thin Blooded, Anemic, Sickly, Shocker quirks now gives -15% blight/bleed/disease/stun resist.
Stout quirk gives -30% stress damage received while camping instead of +15% healing skills.
Bulimic quirk renamed to Mistrust and now gives +30% stress damage received while camping.
Fated quirk gives 33% chance to turn any MISS into a HIT instead of miserable 10% chance.
Natural swing and The yips quirks now increase/decrease melee attack accuracy by 8%.
Natural eye and Lazy eye quirks now increase/decrease any attack accuracy by 5%.
Alien eye quirk from CoM DLC now increase attack accuracy by 12% instead of poor 8%.
Alien precision quirk from CoM DLC increase critical attack chance by 6% instead of 4%.
Shard consume quirk from CoM DLC reduces amount of gained shards by 5% instead of 10%.

Descriptions of quirks in Russian localization have also been improved.

Can be installed without The Color of Madness DLC.

And you're wrong saying "most of these are nerfs". If not count behaviour changes, where quirk bonuses were changed completely (to get rid of duplicated effects), the number of buffs exceeds the number of nerfs by 5.

Your expectations is your problem) "Better" is not always means buffs. In case of this mod it means better balance and originality (for example, Scrounger quirk was giving miserable 5% scouting chance, which can already be improved by another quirk with 10% chance).

Because of game mechanics the Scrounger quirks can have only 1 effect at the moment you've got it. Later or after game restart the second effect will appear.
