No Coal, No Ice

Description
Mars and Luna as they should be, with no ice and no coal. Can you make it without easy sources of oxygen, hydrogen, nitrous oxide, water, and coal?

Original concept by Elmotrix
Original implementation by Phaethon
Updated by Harrod200 to the new worldsettings model and added Brutal start (hopefully viable...).

Rarity can be changed, but not depth unfortunately; ices can't be obtained from the deep miner (they instantly melt), and 'surface' deposits are basically anything you can get to yourself with the handheld miner; they can be on the very surface or right down at the bedrock, with no way to limit them. This is all about the challenge though; it's possible but it's a very slow start.

I think that water ice is possible to find on Mars and the moon. Other ices like Oxite and Nitrice are not. Sorry, I don't want to be annoying, and I'll try to play your WorldSetting, but I think water ice should be changed to be something quite rare and perhaps found at greater depths and not on the surface.
