Pistol Rapid-Fire

Description
Provides an additional firing mode for HL2 pistol and .357 magnum that trades stability for firepower.
Switch to those weapons and then RMB button to toggle the firing mode.
Can be disabled by using "xderf_pistol" and "xderf_357" ConVars.
