Doesn't that mess with compatibility between mods a lot?
As she will not earn more XP, keep in mind that a lvl10 or lvl15 vanilla Elspeth might be stronger on the mage side (e.g. more Winds Of Change power reserves etc.). But surely, have it more evened out will be overall better.
You will very rarely see any mod that takes anything AWAY from vanilla - compatibility being reason #1. The only exceptions to this rule you will recognize by their title already, like "Remove cursed imbalanced Stalking stance from Skaven".... Seewhatimsayin'? You're welcome <3
