Counter Strike: Source Hostage Civilians

Description
Simple addon which adds the Counter Strike: Source hostages as Half-Life 2 civilians.
Mounting Counter Strike: Source is not required.
You are able to spawn them with weapons. They don't spawn with weapons by default.

These aren't SNPCs so no, I don't know how at this time to make NPCs do noises other than the default.
