Description
Arma 3 is a military simulation game. So why doesn't it sound like it? That's why we bring you SUP!

Whats SUP you may ask?
Soundscape Upgrade Project is a sound mod brought up by me to enhance the gunfire. Every skirmish, every battle, every artillery strike, SUP will make you feel like you were really there. Gone are the days of quiet gunfire, lack luster explosions and disappointing bullet cracks. Say hello to punchy gunfire, deafening explosions and bullet cracks that will make you flinch.

Video games only let you work with two senses: your sight and sound. If you already make your game look as pretty as possible why not make it sound as pretty as possible.

Edits and replaces JSRS sounds for more "realistically loud" sounds.


Any JSRS Compats will work for this mod.


I do not own any sounds used in this mod it is a mash up of RedSquadron and sounds from other games ex: Squad

Credit to LordJarhead for JSRS.
Credit to whoever originally made RedSquadron sounds.

Objectively the best sound mod on the workshop, hands down. Nothing else even comes close. Shame it doesn't get as much attention as AMZ or vanilla JSRS.

Hey man, thanks for the mod, it sounds amazing! Just one thing, are the unsupressed AK weapons supposed to sound like this? It's the only weapons that I feel could do with a bit more love, I feel they are a bit worse then all the other sounds. But love the mod nonetheless!

@Ame_Shay not going to make a Jsrs 2025 version and what explosive sounds exactly are missing?

2 things possibly. #1 is it possible to use the new jsrs instead of the old? and #2 I have noticed missing explosive sounds such as grenades and artillery
