Militek Faction Clothing - Useable options for small screens

Description
Screens with smaller resolutions could not properly display the options used in Militek Faction Clothing, making them uneditable. This mod fixes this problem. Works for resolutions down to 1200 x 800. Have fun!

Obligatory: Savegame compatible. Can be removed/added without any issues. Also works in Multiplayer.
