Description
Changes the stats of the Smoker to be more like the ones in the intro videos: its purpose is now moreso to set up opportunites for the other infected, rather than being an effective damage dealer by itself.

- Decreased health
- Greatly increased movement speed, for better positioning
- Decreased tongue range and pull speed
- Greatly increased tongue health
- Now deals damage over time rather than in chunks, for improved consistency
- Choking a survivor makes them fatigued. When released, they will be temporarily stuck in place while they recover, giving other infected a chance to attack
- Smokers can now attack near instantly rather than needing to wait

Instead of just being stuck in place, the collapsing would add more immersion

Should have a version that the survivor collapses on the floor after being freed (when the smoker is pulling/scratching)

Yes, when the Smoker gets you with its tongue, it slows you down and you cant move for a moment. This lets the other infected attack you easier
