Description
The edgy but goofy blood man name Ragna the Bloodedge from Blazblue join Yomi Hustle!

Little heal projectile you see is made entirely by Zoom(RecordFuture Creator). Check their mods out!

His main mechanic is that he can heal if he hits opponent with specific moves and each hit will stack heal value!
He can heal up to 150% of base heal value!!! Don't worry tho his heal isn't that powerful but enough to make him tankier than you think.

also axe kick literally gave me +74 FRAMES so i literally just waited and went back to my half health combo

Dude, giving this guy a 5f initiative full screen super is actually insane. Rework Carnage Scissors or take it away from him, he should not have that.
