Actually Enhanced National Guard

There are quite A LOT of these "Enhanced" National Guard playermodels out there on workshop, This one has a difference, Instead of adding some random camouflages and calling it a enhancement, I have replaced the original camouflages (except default) with actual/accurate ones and gave the uniforms some better options like rolled sleeves and untucked pants, They also have berets, PASGT Helmets and PASGT Vests, They can be your average former US National Guard, Your Guerilla warrior or your African warlord. (and budget HECU)

9 Playermodels of each default citizen like in original, has face texture groups that use ingame textures but despite not editing the vmt files some of them are broken, i don't know how to fix that one, They all have c_hands with skincolor change.
