Megumin the Wizard

Description
Changes the Wizard to Megumin from Konosuba

Comes with world icon, gore, dialog changes and "bound" sprite. Bound sprite has her staff raised to help players find her in caves.

Hat heavily based on the one Teebles made in their "Megumin Items" workshop item, go check it out
