Reusable Bonesaw

Description
Bonesaw is no longer consumed when used. It can now only be used once per fight. To compensate, the damage and bleed amount have been slightly decreased.

@Meisune Bernadetta Thank you for the feedback! This mod was actually made private because it's pretty buggy and outdated. I plan on revisiting it at some point.

pretty cool, but for some reason it makes the stagecoach and mastery trainer screen inaccesible
