With the final addition of Nick, the Remastered L4D2 crew is now complete. This will probably be my last survivor remaster for now. Maybe I'll make L4D1 some day but not anytime soon.

The main idea of Nick's character, in my opinion, is uncertainty. Nick is a sort of mystery of the crew. So I wanted to add more visual story-telling to his look.

You can see that he now has big face scars and sports aviator shades. It's really up to interpretation how he got those, maybe his gambling debts had finally caught up with him, maybe his last bit of humanity had told him to go visit his ex so that they could escape together but it was too late and she got infected and he let his guard down and payed the price. If the latter explanation is to be considered the truth then that would explain why he's so untrusting of others and wants to split off at first. And it would explain why he's sporting shades, even during midnight - to cover up the scars, physical and other.

The suit now consists of a dark bottom and a white stripped top, with a palmtree shirt. Originally, Valve had wanted to make Nick a convict who stole a suit and I wanted to expand on that idea a bit, while not exactly stating it outright by giving him a convict uniform underneath. Again, it's up for debate. Maybe Nick had the foresight to gear up at the start of all this but also wanted to add some style so he bought a suit in a hurry or maybe got it some other way. Also, a nice detail is that the suit has the wrong price, compared to one of Nick's quotes, implying that he likes to inflate things, just like his ego and that he can't really be trusted.

Another weird detail you might notice is that he has two watches on. I wanted to make Nick a sort of kleptocratic maniac and a hoarder, and that he would try to carry all the stuff on him like a pack of cards and the watches, which he might've just had two but wanted to have take them both or he just stole them, and the rings and the aviators.

This model features breakable glasses proxy by ChimiChamo. Depending on Nick's health, the glasses will become more broken until they are fully gone. Please note that the proxy has its limits, the glasses will reappear when Nick gets incapped or hangs from ledge, since technically his health gets reset.

Also, the proxy breaks if the vmt has phong, translucency and or _it textures, so NO PHONG ;( NO TRANSLUCENT LENSES ;( AND NO BILE TEXTURES ;(

Throwable attachment and pills attachments now have new positions, right next to the cards pack. The cards pack and the price tag have jigglebones and the attachments are jiggleboned too.

I really tried to implement jiggly suit Nick into this but it just couldn't work out.

The rings and the gold watch now use a detail texture by K1CHWA, as well as the envmap for the extra shine. It might look a bit weird in certain map spots, that's just the limit of the engine.
