Hardtack Flour Patch

Description
An XML patch for LYN's hardtack mod to make it compatible with added flours from various mods. Existing recipes to bake hardtack now accept flour from supported mods, if they are installed.

@ambi Version 3.1 has been pushed out, adding oats as an item for crafting hardtack!

@ambi Is oats used to make flour? I'm a ittle busy rn but it should be simple to add. I'll probably do it some time in the coming days
