Player Weapon Sounds for NPCs

A simple addon that changes the firing sounds of the NPC weapons to their player counterparts. Was initially going to only change the pistol sounds, but I expanded it to include the others once I realized they were different.

Affects:
-Pistol (pistol_fire3)
-SMG (npc_smg1_fire1)
-Shotgun (shotgun_fire6)
-AR2 (ar1_dist1 and ar1_dist2)

The least noticeable difference is the SMG, but I still included it anyways.
