Weltreich - The Age of Weltpolitik

Weltreich is an up-and-coming mod that creates an alt-history world in which the Central Powers had won the great war and established their version of europe. The Bolsheviks still win the civil war, although their extent and capability is greatly weakened with germany keeping the territories of the Brest-Litovsk Treaty. France had found itself in strong political turmoil, which was eventually taken advantage of by the George Valois’ fascist party which had seized power over the now french state through the “March on Paris”. In a similar fashion, extremists had become increasingly more popular in italy, which faced heavy economic disasters that had broken the stability of the country, but it had became a republic as Vittoria Emanuele III abdicated in favor the people, but italy is weaker than ever, and the influence of fascists supported by the french is undeniable. And while Britain holds onto her old democratic system, it is not only unstable, but also extremists are rising, and the general election of ‘36 is coming and could very well pose a threat to the already weak democratic system. Over at the east, the Austro-Hungarian empire retained it’s rather unstable and weak dual-crown system, and while it appeases the hungarian part, especially the slavs are upset and are rallying for representation, and if the empire can sustain itself, nobody can tell. In North America, things look pretty stable, and with the americans keeping their isolationist policies, they had successfully avoided the great war, and Franklin Roosevelt had overcome his infantile paralysis, becoming president of the United States and securing stability for now. The chinese are still in a civil war, and even with the Kuomintang having successfully executed the First Northern Expedition, the Second Northern Expedition failed and led to the establishment of the northern, Fengtian Government, and the southern, Nanjing Nationalist Government.
The World has seen a yet unmatched powderkeg, with only the 1910s being a comparable time, and the rotten pillars on which the new world order, dominated by the former Central Powers, is build, are doomed to fall, and germany could fail to rebuild it in the coming crisis, seemingly unavoidable.

The Mod is made by a small team, on which not everybody is the best at english
