405N is a different story, as, If I'm not mistaken, it's a rebuild/repurpose of damaged 105Na cars to turn it into a semi-low-floor high capacity tram.
For the 105Na's, I saw some refit and even new ones that came equipped with a different "grille" and/or, headlights, and/or LED signage. Also I may have misread but isn't a 405N literally a modernized re-manufactured 105Na rather than a refit like most of the 105Na's?
Please do correct me if I'm wrong, I'm more of an expert on locomotives than trams!
I might do a newer version when I find some time, it should be only a facelift of the existing model, but 105Na looks almost exactly the same as 105N (it was mainly an internal upgrade the only difference outside is lack of those tiny windows above doors and below windscreen) so I might do a 805NaMM or 405N (or a mix of both, meaning 405N face paired with 805NaMM body)
