I have unlisted this addon, and replaced it with: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3306813849

Don't worry, this version will still work, but I've added so much I feel like it's gone far beyond the idea of the HECU just being off duty, so I wanted to make a new version on the workshop that better represents it.

Well there's that Blue Shift playermodel pack that has Barney without his armor. That's basically what I did for the HECU.
