Bad luck. Some bad guys infiltrated our ranks and were stationed at one of our SWAT bases. They called in their friends and put our guys at the end of their muzzle. We're lucky they were taken hostage instead of being lobotomized on the spot. Bring them back.

Hostiles will be numerous and dangerous, with former SWAT militia among them.

Be vigilant and careful. The hostages aren't on a timer but they could be executed at any moment.

This'll be a hard one, but we can only imagine what'll happen to these hostages if they're in terrorist hands for any longer.
