Trader [Inventory Fix]

Description
This is an attempt to fix the issue with inventory creation caused by 1.25 when barrels spawn into each other.
This will fix the issue of items getting spawned in cargo of others that's not allowed.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! This needs heavy testing on high population servers.
