This mod only adds content, to enable the mode you are required to replace the "Assembly-CSharp.dll" file at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Madness Project Nexus 2\Madness Project Nexus_Data\Managed" with the replacement found bellow

To see if the assembly has been applied properly, check on the bottom right corner for the game version
The file versions are only compatible with the corresponding game version, as in when the game update, the file is replaced and becomes outdated.

Mods that use assemblies or LUA are by nature incompatible with this mod and others that use the same edited files.

This mod and the assembly add quite a fair share of things:

Gameplay:
- Madness Difficulty unlocked by default

Hirelings:
- Custom and overall improved hirelings that you can hire
- Some "Special Characters" can also be hired (these can cause some minor bugs)
- Bossman brings an increased amount of hirelings with each batch (scales with progress)
- You can bring more hirelings into missions (scales with progress)
- The HQ can hold many more hirelings (scales with upgrades)
- Many new hirelings names (Garbled names is disabled)
- The hirelings while in the HQ are kinda quirky
- You can make your own hirelings! (Check the discussions) [Bossman lags the game a bit when bringing new hirelings]
Important Note:
The custom hirelings have modified skill priorities, it works for the most part, but the titles don't get updated properly, so do check what skills the hirelings are learning
P.S: I will eventually make a discussion with all the relevant info bout the hirelings

Custom Troopers:
- 5 tiers of spawnable troopers (scales with upgrades)
- Amount of spawned troopers is varied from x1 up to x3
- Troopers have a delayed spawn time from each other, from 1 second up to 15 seconds
- Price has been increased accordingly

Bribed characters:
- They no longer leave the stage when the wave ends (includes troopers)

Offering Skill:
- Odds to spawn minions on kills from 10% to 50%
- Different characters can spawn from kills

Patient Skill:
- Imaginary friends are much more likely to spawn
- Imaginary friends can now spawn as all 5 variants
- Improvements to the ranged imaginary friend

Creber Skill:
- Clones spawn faster
- Clones no longer die when moving rooms or finishing a wave
- Clones no longer teleport back to you

HQ:
- HQ music is randomized from a curated list
- Skinner can now apply skins to the player
- The chef at the black market has an increased stock of items (scales with progress)

UI:
- Different UI pop ups and texts now have random custom text

It doesnt work, because the creber hirelings get locked to 1 corpus and are considered as clones, so they get instantly killed at the end of the round if ya dont have an assembly that removes that
Which mine does, but they still gonna be locked to 1 corpus and no clones

@el Sombrero Mexicano oh that was me, I was the only one made the L4D characters series into Hero Hirelings addon as a optional addon.

Wasn't this Creber hireling is supposed to have special skill of Replicate? It creates clones. Not the vanisher skill one (disquieted's skill) *shrugs*

I do have plans to make more stuff, but life keeps me busy, so any modding progress is slow, apart from having multiple things that I want to make

Yet you should definitely add limbus and LoR hirelings since Right now I'm seeing someone made left 4 Dead 2 hirelings in that mod! Brother, I ain't gonna lie but add live school girl's and Uma museum hirelings with project Moon hirelings to get people enjoy the mod! :(

The mod themselves should be somewhat more compatible now than they were before, but yet again, the assemblies themselves arent

still I did remember wrote down a comment to this other mod creator about if he can create Project moon hair...but seeing you as author of this mod IS CRAZY! either way good to see you getting popular you need NeoX! :steamthumbsup::steamhappy:

MY GOODNESS! I never thought i seen this mod back from the dead! yet i did remember wrote down a discussion about how stupidity i tried to test about mod origins to see if i can get them on my hirelings...good times. :TeddyAngela:
