The cut values have been fixed, should be a Proper and Correct NCE patch now.

a lot of the items are clothing, not armor, so the difference is negligible.
for the things where it *isn't* negligible, I'll have to familiarize myself with how the cut def modifier in FCS affects the preset armor types and their stat scaling to get more accurate numbers.

I just got around to check the numbers and almost everything only have the 'cut into stun' reduced to 0, but without the new 'cut def bonus' set.

It's incomplete.
