I don't think the Ember ones break immersion as much, I just don't like the whitepaws because of the color palette. Ember I don't like their faction specifics.
I don't think people are afraid of trying new factions, I just research the factions before I bother downloading them. The owner of Emberpelts has tried to convince me to try them too. :P
And you could still add more faction ideas you have for new factions, in case people want them. At most, you could make an option to add those non-existing factions, or make a copy of this mod and simply add non-existing factions to that copy.
