Cutscene Slugcats is made by: Auro
this is an addon to it

Alt eyes are a alternative version of the slugcat eyes, made to be thinner and resemble the "Survivor" trading card. Altough there is only one version of it in the original mod being aplicable for Survivor, Monk, gourmand and Spearmaster.

This mod adds alt eyes versions of Hunter, Artificer, Saint and "Him"

they din't want to update the in game sprites from the beta

if you see the beta design of the slugcat you will see its identical to the game sprite

idk why they haven't updated it yet but they should

letting you know ahead of time that the revamped version will include in-house versions of every new eye type. you're free to deprecate this mod if you'd like ^^
