for 3.11.* before ACG's major update for Machine Age DLC and 3.12.* was introduced

Why did i upload this additional outdated version of the mod for Stellaris 3.11.* and ACG pre Machine Age DLC and 3.12.*?

Because some people might want to finish their campaign on 3.11.* and before i introduced the new major update for ACG and Machine Age DLC, which will require you to start a new game once released. So if you have an old save game with ACG then use this mod to continue your save-game with 3.11.* and before the new ACG update.

IMPORTANT: you will also need an UI Overhaul Dynamic mod version for 3.11.* and the UI Overhaul Dynamic Extended Topbar mod version for 3.11.* or your game might crash or might be bugged when trying to start
