Project Futura | Mission1 - Radar Destruction

Description
Project Futura.

This mission is the second part of a mini campaign called Project Futura. If you haven't played the first part (Prologue - Riding in the Sand), I recommend that you do so. If you can't, don't worry, the Prologue isn't not obligatory to fully enjoy the experience.

Mission 1. Radar Destruction.

The Altis invasion has begun! NATO launched their attack, but the air supremacy is compromised. Lt. Patterson must neutralize an AA system behind the enemy lines.
More concerning, enemy messages intercepted by US intelligence service evoke a secret project called “Futura”. We need to get more intel about this secret project. Infiltrate enemy territory and use strategy to achieve your objectives.


This mission is fully dubbed (By AI and by myself) and Western Sahara et Reaction Forces are necessary. No mods are required. 30-40 mins duration.

I didn't have the option to call the reinforcement for the assault. But nonetheless a really good mission!
You gave players freedom of manoeuvre and let them choose how to plan and execute the mission. That's how Arma is supposed to be played! (and this mission is not a 40min job btw)
Loved it!
And man this briefing! it gave me medal of honor vibes!
Can't wait for the next mission!

Thank everyone for your precious feedbacks.
Due to my studies, I couldn't progress on the other missions as musch as I wanted but the next scenarios should be available pretty soon. I keep working on them. Stay tuned

Pretty cool mission but I didn't have an option to call the FIA reinforcements, before or after killing the officer, despite being told otherwise. Had to rely on my own squadmates and me running with AT weapons. Definitely not a 40 minute job.

I don't agree with the person below, AO was just big enough, arma is not just about combat but also planning movement and setting up firing positions, combating larger forces with small teams is fun. Since the AO was large I had full freedom here.

Can't wait for the next mission, was really good fun.

this was fun, here's my 2 cents
-Size of the AO I think was too big considering I'm just with a 6 man team
-No AT from the get-go and had multiple IFVs in the AO

Both this and the intro mission are well done, very detailed briefing, and of course voiced! Only problem is the launching - please remove the double dependency on the previous scenario and add that it needs WS and RF dlc enabled.

Broo this is some quality stuff. From the intro, to briefing, to the details of the playing field. Both this and the prologue are fire. Hope to see more :D
