SSL Swoopin' Stu

Description
What's this icky, paint like goop?! It's moving, and it's moving fast!
(well, sort of...)
The weirdo enemy Swoopin' Stu (also known as Gooble) from Super Mario Sunshine has arrived in SSL!

Gimmick: Sliddin' and Slippin'
Thanks to its gooey nature, Stu has very, very low friction, which means it'll slide about after just about any action or gain in momentum. You can combine this with the plethora of momentum generating moves you have (like FAIR, JAB or UTILT) to become a hard-to-hit and deceptively fast target! You can also slide out of danger if hit by moves that send horizontally, potentially saving you from a deadly combo.
This comes at a cost, however, as Stu is both lightweight and has a frankly terrible dashspeed, even for SSL standards. It's hard for Jellyfish to run, after all. Dashing will also reset your momentum, so be mindful of that.
Master Stu's slipperiness to slide into an easy victory!

Ground Attacks

Neutral Attack: Swoopin', Stu's basic attack from Mario Sunshine. Charge up with the attack button, and release to take off, tackling your opponent with a body slam.
You can't cancel this attack until you land, so be careful not to swoop too far!

Forward Attack: Slammin', A stationary head slam; though it doesn't carry you forward, it is quick and strong, and you can gain some distance on it if you're sliding.
You can cancel this into Up Attack on hit.

Down Attack: Kersplodin', Stu inflates like a balloon and, after a second, explodes into goop! Very powerful, and has a few frames of invulnerability when Stu explodes. However, you're left vulnerable afterwards and take 15% recoil from, well, exploding.
(Fun fact, if Stu's in Mario Sunshine go too long without jumping, they double in size and explode! Isn't that sad?)

Up Attack: Spinnin', inspired by the Spin Jump special move from Mario World/Mario Sunshine. Like Mario's Spin Jump, bouncing on an enemy will give you an extra momentum boost.
Good at stopping projectiles since it's an active hitbox, but it has a decently long cooldown after use. Hold Attack to gain more height!

Air Attacks
Air Neutral Attack: Swoopin', mostly similar to Neutral Attack, but with a few key differences.
When you hit someone, instead of going through them, you bounce and gain some air time.
It also doesn't need to be charged as much to go off, but is weaker and doesn't go as far. Lastly, you can wavebounce with this move to trip up your opponent.

Air Forward Attack: Swervin', Stu spins like a propeller and goes forward, hitting multiple times. A key move for gaining momentum.

Air Back Attack: Slashin', Stu uses its funky head crown and swings it around for huge damage.

Air Up Attack: Spittin', after a second delay, Stu gets gobbled up by a Polluted Piranha Plant, before being spat back out and sent careening into the air.
The Plant's bite acts as a strong attack, and Stu itself has a weak hitbox when spinning vertically into the air. The Plant has a hurtbox when holding Stu in its mouth, meaning you can knock Stu out of it if you time your attack well, so be careful!

Air Down Attack: Skydivin', a stall and fall that lets you bounce off of your opponents if it hits.
Has a strong spike early on, but sends away if it hits late. Like Neutral Attack, you can't cancel this move, but you can walljump to bail yourself out of danger.

Hello Jeff, Gooble is a very charming name, however it would completely ruin the alliteration in the mod name/description which was half of the reason I wanted to make them.
It's also the name I grew up with, so it's the one that sticks with me. You can still call them Gooble though! (Gameboy Gooble is kind of a funny name isn't it)

hate to be that guy, but this thing is called "Gooble", not "Swoopin' Stu". Prima's Official Strategy Guide mislabelled the enemy, which wouldn't be the first time a Mario enemy has been named incorrectly in a printed book
