By far my most effort mod. Credit to Bingle for ragdoll (go subscribe to that) and TDC for the thumbnail.

! IF YOU ARE USING CONTROLLER !
first load in and go to the controllerenabler tool
then use the trigger to activate or deactivate controller mode
Press the would be flashlight button to sprint/dive!
