[HL:S] Chrome Fix for Half-Life Co-op

SUPER EXTRA IMPORTANT: For some reason, the fixed chrome textures have been removed from the workshop. Until this is rectified, I've reuploaded the original version of the chrome fix, and added it as a required item.

IMPORTANT: Due to how Garry's Mod deals with conflicts, you should subscribe to this addon before the main Half-Life Co-op addon, otherwise it will not be overwritten! Try unsubscribing and resubscribing to the Half-Life Co-op gamemode after installing this.

Attempts to fix a long-standing issue in the Half-Life Co-op gamemode, where the bundled Helmet playermodel was using a poorly configured chrome texture (rendering as pure black), and replacing Captain Charles' version of the model (which uses the correct chrome texture). To rectify this, I've replaced the Co-op gamemode's version of the model with Captain Charles' Helmet model.
