In Deep Sea Mining you have two types of ROV´s. The prospectors and the miners.

• Prospector ROV´s are used in order to get a sample of the terrain, and determine what type of mineral can be found in that area. You should use a prospector ROV in case of playing hardcore mode.
  
  
• Mining ROV´s, as their name says, they are used for extracting the mineral from the seabed. Be aware this rov´s need movement in order to extract the mineral.

Some ROV´s can be found in the vending machines. Simply go there and buy one of your new roombas!

• You need:
  
  • Preset tank named liquid_mineral
    
  • Dial named roomba_type . Gets a constant number of 1 or 2 (1 for prospection rov, 2 for miner rov)
    
  • Push button named roomba
  
  
• Remember you need an end-efector for using the ROV remotly. Its recommended to send a pulse to the end efector. This has to be done in order for Stormworks to capture the callback of a button being pushed.
  
  
• If you are using a prospection ROV, you don´t need a preset tank for storing the recolected mineral.
  
  
• You can find a pump in the vending machines for pumping the mineral extracted from your rov all the way up to the surface (consumes a lot of energy).

Very simple to use. Deliver your ROV´s to the desired mining zone. Lower them all the way down to the seabed.

• If you are using a prospection ROV, you just need to activate the roomba button onced, and it will tell you what type of mineral is around there.
  
  
• In case you are using a mining ROV, remember to be moving while activating your mining system. Otherwise, you won´t extract anything from seabed.

Remember your mining rov, needs at least 2 connectors. One for the pump and the other for lowering the ROV down to the seabed.

The pump provided in the addon, contains the convertor between solid and liquid mineral. Simply fill the pump´s tank and press the big red button to convert liquid to solid mineral. In order to extract the solid mineral, in the opposite side of the big winch, you will find the funnel where you can get your minerals.

• Commands
  
  • ?clean (id) -> cleans spawned equipment by vending machine
    
  • ?money (arg) -> gives you money, in case you are in creative mode. Money is used for buying in the vending machine
• Features
  
  • Change spawning height for the different ores
    
  • Change amount of ores, both in the artic and around sawyer
    
  • Toggle hardcore mode (Wether you want ore types to be showned at the map or not)

This addon, in theory can be used with Deeper Oceans Mod. However, it may cause some zones not spawning correctly, so please, be aware of that.
