Looking for successors!

The current modding team is pretty much dead and no one really wants to continue the mod anymore. The project is free for anyone to continue, although i would be happy if it wasn´t completey changed and the idea and spirit of the original design was kept (no focus trees, no avatar country etc.). At this point all that is needed is events and decisions to make the mod feel complete, so no rocket sience. This is the link to the old discord https://discord.gg/UfFKuYp

About this Mod
The mod was started by me in 2018 after watching atla for the first time. Having played hoi4 for a year or so i thought it would make for a great mod. Its been 6 years now and way too many hours have gone into this. There have been a lot of great people over the years, but it never felt like a really dedicated team and although the project has come a long way, the road ahead still seems to be endless. Therefore it is time to pass it to someone or somemany else, in the hopes that on some beautiful day this mod will be completed.

The mod is set in the world of "Avatar The last Airbender". The first scenario is set in the year 12 after Avatar Rokus Death and it is the year in which Firelord Sozin attacked the air nomads and started a war that should last for onehundred years, in which the firenation tried to establish its dominance on the globe.
Since hoi4 is not really designed to be played for 100 years, the mod needs to change a lot of things to keep the gameplay interesing and balanced. The tech trees are gigantic, the economy system is elaborate and the generic content is expanded. However a lot of unique content for nations is missing and with over 30 countries and more than 100 years to fill, its quite an undertaking...

The way this is et up makes me think it would be a BANGER Victoria 3 mod, it just runs into the exact same issue of "No modders" sadly

This mod is ridiculously confusing and kind of devoid of content. Also, year 12? The war occurred in 0 AG. Aang left the iceberg in 99 AG. You may be confused with Aang's birth date, which WAS year 12. Just, 12 BG. Not 12 AG.

Hoi4 vet here(i have more than 4k hrs, ive played many mods and im also really competitive meaning my critique will be both influenced by flavor but also by how balanced the mod is) and yeah its a bad mod. It tricks ur brain into thinking its a good because of all the new tabs and systems and the huge construction research and other changes but when it comes down to the actual gameplay its super boring.

A lil recap:

Combat: Meta units are mainly benders since everyone has limited units because of resources being corrupted so u wont overexceed the special forces cap. Another problem is that the ai in this mod is absolute garbage, it doesnt build good units, usually no benders and it just isnt made for this mod it gets so easily lost and just starts doing dumb snakes and other stuff which makes them super easy to defeat. Last note is that in the siege of ba sing se start, the fire nation just completely surrounds its self at the start of the game so u absolutely roll them from the get go.

Resources and Construction: These two are very corrupted. First of all they are affected by each other, by needing resources to not have a construction penalty and needing buildings to have resources, which creates a kind of infinite loop of chaos. U always need more resources than u have thus creating the production problems which im gonna talk about later. As for construction there are no civs, but instead from what i understood are farms(i wanna note that im not sure since i lost interest at some point and gave up on it) and other than that there are a lot of factories that produce different kinds of resources, but after some point they are useless because they too require other resources and u wont have them later on so basically u are forced to trade all ur civs for resources.
