This is a Dutch VW scirocco police skin.

I DON'T OWN THE MODEL OF THE CAR JUST THE SKIN

The skin can be found at skin spot 3.

To set the skin:
1. Spawn TDM VW scirocco.
2. Stand next to the car and hold C.
3. While holding C right click and press skin.
4. Then choose skin 3.
5. Now u can release C and patroll with ur new Dutch police car :D

As said in the description this is just a skin, if there is no sound on the car try to reinstall tdm cars. And the lightbar in this one is one of photons lightbars so just get photon addon.
