ТU-7А pack

A model I developed for a NG layout based in Russia for the comp - although that eventually took over as my main focus (it was too much fun :X). It came out surprisingly well, so I hope you enjoy!

The model features a full collision mesh, interior with a cab which allows for leaning out of windows, front/back/cab lights
(L for front lights, L+shift for cab light, L+1 for rear lights)
Shift+1 for radiator plating

This is a pack that features 4 simple liveries, just to add some variety

The ТУ-7A is a mainstay locomotive of the many narrow gauge railways spread over Russia and ex-soviet countries. It was developed by the Kambarka Engineering Works in order to replace its precessesors, such as the ТУ-2 and ТУ-4. This resulted in the unreliable ТУ-5, which was eventually shaped through updates to its design into the ТУ-7.
This model of locomotive became very popular, and numerous variants were derived from the base design, including a ligther-weight configuration, a maintenance variant with a shortened hood and cargo bed, a railcar conversion, as well as an upsized variant widened to run on 1520mm track - a rare example of a succesful conversion from narrow to broad gauge.
over all, around 3375 units were constructed in total
The ТУ-7A is a modernisation of the original, which began production in 1986 and still sees examples being built today alongside successor models. Currently, most units are still in use on peat, logging, passenger as well as children's railways across the ex-soviet union countries.
