Changes from old version:
- German Africa has been fixed, Portugal now owns Angola
- Oman no longer owns Somalia, Eritrea, and Zanzibar
- Qing no longer owns outer Manchuria
- Morocco is now independent
- Alsace-Lorraine is now it's own village
- France now owns Gabon
- Belgium and Netherlands' capitals are no longer in the Congo and East Indies respectively
