This guide has all the heads' information, whether it's a drop or a mission reward, and where you can get it, enjoy the guide.
You also can trade heads here.

Help me giving more information, so I can update the guide.
When the new DLC Characters are released, I will update the guide with the new heads.
If you saw something wrong here, comment in the guide and i will fix it.
Some friends did the The Voyage of Captain Chef in TVHM, but they received different heads, so it's possible that have a conflict in the mission, waiting for more informations. It was probably fixed through the 11/11 patch.

All the Guardian head customizations from the holodome dlc also need to be added. Nisha's Bandita Brava is dropped by the Invincible Empyrean Sentinel

Earworm addiction is a quest turn-in reward for the mission involving defeating the Earworm. It is available for all characters. All characters also have a head customization for pre-ordering, correct me if I'm wrong, the Tales from the Borderlands game. Nisha is listed in-game as having a total of 15 head customizations, as well. Leaving 3 for her that I am unaware of.

I got the CMDO-TP by killing the first part of zarpadon when shes in the robot. just look for the purple drops
