Combined Cycle Powerstation

This is a Combined Cycle Gas and Steam Turbine (CCGT) power station inspired by examples found throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.

2 GE Vernova GE26 gas turbine's combust using natural gas and rotate at approximately 3000 rpm generating electricity. Exhaust heat from the gas turbines are used to produce steam which drives a steam turbine. The steam turbine rotates generating additional electricity. Each unit can generate up to 550 MW in real life. In game power output has been calibrated at 130 MW just above the oil power plant.

With a higher construction cost ($60,000), the combined cycle power station is more expensive than the vanilla oil power station, however, with a higher power output, reduced maintenance upkeep and lower environmental impact make it the ideal choice!

The low power output from 22 to 130 MW (in game).
Power plant is now available at Boom Town milestone.
Perimeter fence added around the outside.
