Death Toll to Dead Air Continuity

Description
Adds some stuff to the first map of Dead Air to make it make slightly more sense coming from Death Toll. The area where the survivors spawn will have a broken window behind it to signify them coming from it. The boat you escape with in Death Toll will be seen making way away from the harbour after leaving the greenhouse.

Local/dedicated server only.

Players must have the addon installed to see the effects.

I don't think the boat took them to the greenhouse since Francis mentions that they were kicked off the boat and left to die in The Sacrifice comic.

According to developer material the Slaters have left a day or even a week ago, it is implied the survivors spent the night or more at the greenhouse, potentially tending to the plants, but them dying plus the army bombings that start recently prevent them from staying up there any longer.

another mod continuity nuts would probably love is the bridgeside gennie in the sacrifice being yellow like it is in both the comic and the passing

guys asking for dead air to blood harvest, its a whole campaign that was scrappoed but repaired by community called "dam it" its a hard, 3 level campaign and it sgood.
