Silenced SMG on 'L4D 1+2' Animations Remix with Fixed Bolt

Description
This is Querentin's L4D 1+2 animation remix with some edits to the animations to accomodate the MAC-10's open bolt. Also re-adds the sparks from the muzzle (not the muzzleflash), and removes the legacy particle support particles that polluted the console with errors.
