Description
Adapted for OTWW2 version of TFAR. Can be used also for single-player game, for more realism - you only need to disable the message about connection to TeamSpeak.

Most parameters for radio contact calculation are now taken from OTWW2 radio system (which is more complex) including
- radio messages proxification
- asymmetric link calculation
- integration with the chat system

Backpack radios carried by AI operators can now be configured as a loudspeaker.
