QRV-7007 Explorer

Vanilla and survival ready.

The Explorer is a remotely-operated surveillance rover. Its primary mission is to explore distant worlds and look for traversable terrain for surface vehicles, in which the Explorer is aided by Q-7011 Damselfly.

Long-range communication as well as high endurance, achieved thanks to two large batteries and a supplemental small reactor, are some of the Explorer's most important qualities. Other notable features include 360° periscope, 2x deployable antenna relay and an emergency parachute.



The Damselfly is an essential asset to the Explorer and offers extended aerial reconnaissance and path finding.

The drone can be launched via Timer Block release, which allows the user to turn on all of the drone's necessary systems and disconnect from the Explorer with a single press of a button. Upon docking, thanks to the event controller built into the rover, the Damselfly is automatically turned off to prevent thrusters damaging the Explorer.
